EUI Helpdesk launches

The EUI Helpdesk, a new facility to deal with problems arising in the ICT, Communications and Real Estate and Facilities Services, was launched on 4 March.
The online portal enables staff to log problems, covering everything from heating to printing, and receive progress updates by email. Staff can also follow the status of their tickets online, or phone Helpdesk staff on 055 4685600 on weekdays from 9.00am until 5.00pm. A trial period will run until June, after which the Helpdesk may be opened up to faculty and researchers.
