In memoriam – Mario Nerici

The EUI regrets to inform the community of the death of Mr. Mario Nerici, who worked at the EUI from 1975 until February 2000.
Mario came to the Institute in 1975, working as a driver for the EUI’s then-President Max Kohnstamm. He soon transferred to the Library, where he was a valued colleague in the periodicals section for more than 20 years.
We extend our deepest sympathy to his surviving family, including his son and our colleague Giampiero Nerici and his family.
