Interviews from the '10 Years of the new Europe' conference
To mark the 10th anniversary of the eastern enlargement, the EUI hosted a Conference aimed to understand and assess the impact of the European Union on the new Member States and to examine how the policies, governance and institutions of EU have been influenced by these counties. A reflection on geopolitics and on the economic integration were two of the most important aspects of the conference.
In order to discuss these issues, we invited several distinguished political scientists, economists and lawyers working on different aspects of the enlargement. The conference was closed by a Roundtable with the participation of politicians that were involved in the process of Enlargement
