LAW Researcher obtains post at ECJ

First year LAW researcher Hubert de Verdelhan has been appointed 4^th référendaire (Administrator / legal) at the European Court of Justice.  He will be working for  Estonian Judge Küllike Jürimäe, starting on  1 April.

Hubert’s thesis topic deals with ‘Horizontal liability under EU law: EU private law and the ex officio doctrine in the ECJ case-law’.
