MWP Social issues for Social Sciences Conference

The Max Weber Programme will hold its 8th Social Issues for Social Sciences Conference from 11 – 13 June 2014, at the Badia.
The conference is meant to provide a perspective of the Max Weber Fellows contributions to social sciences and humanities in research and academia. It will also be a forum to foster cross-disciplinary and inter-cohort academic collaboration.
A keynote lecture will be delivered by Sarah A. Soule, Stanford University on “Protest Event Data: New Techniques for a Time-Honoured Data Source”
