Washington College of Law awards EUI researcher

An EUI researcher has won the 2013 International Humanitarian Law Student Writing Competition, awarded by the American University Washington College of Law.

Antoine Perret, a third-year researcher who focuses on military companies and private security in Latin America, submitted a paper entitled ‘In the crosshairs: the spirit of international humanitarian law in the war on drugs’. He presented the paper in Washington, DC, at a conference on 3 April.
